I was unfortunate enough to receive Revlon ultimate All-in-one mascara as a Christmas gift. And as it was a Revlon product, which I usually love, I just ripped all the packaging off so I can't even return it. This mascara has the smallest brush I have ever seen, ok I can deal with that I suppose but it just terrible sticky and clumpy, not even a usable product. I dont know why anyone would buy it.
Awful service. NO customer service at all!
Disappointing. Never buying from Revlon again.
Does anyone know if this office is already closed and if so, where it moved?
I am also looking for the manufacturing facility in Ontario, could anyone advise.
