THE WORST customer service. Yesterday I was on the phone for 28 minutes to get a Rep. Issue was supposed to get resolved...well, it was not. So I had to call back today and waited one hour and seven minutes only to experience a hangup after simply stating how long it took to get a person online...UNREAL.
