Today I come here. Because I can't find information on internet to contact gempundit. I previously purchase miss agate from gempundit. But today I come here for my opal which I received in cracked condition from gempundit. And this time I don't like packaging. I don't know why your staff packed opal in polythin and in envelope. Opal is a stone which can crack easily when not handled correctly. Then why your staff packed it in envelope. Please provide me information to replace it with new one without cracks. I think price is not matter if your a good company which handles customers delicately.
