I had a mixed experience with 99explainers.com. While their videos were of good quality, the customer service could have been better. The team was sometimes slow in responding to my queries and there were a few miscommunications along the way. However, they made up for it by delivering the final videos that met my requirements. Overall, it was a decent experience.
