Subpar customer service, unfortunately.

Online: didn t respond well to live chat even though i only had one order with them, kept asking which order it was, just wanted to get off the chat.

Delivery: Their delivery guy decided not to even dial/ring up the intercom, even though we were at home. Just defaulted us to collect.

Just ordered my next item from Amazon prime. Happy days!
