I ordered 3 bottles of hard-to-find Parfum. Unfortunately only one was in stock. The Customer Service Rep called me Personally to let me know, apologize, and confirm I still wanted the one bottle before she finalized the order! No impersonal email like other perfume companies. Will definitely shop with 99Perfume again!!! Great Customer Service!!
