I recently used a tracking service from a company. The service was good, but I expected more. The interface was user-friendly, and the tracking information was accurate. However, there were some issues with the customer support. They were not very responsive and took a long time to address my concerns. Despite these drawbacks, the service provided by the company was satisfactory.
