Due to bad ergonomics while using my computer I had terrible pain in my neck and shoulder. My physical therapist advised me to go to the Better Back Store for a better chair and pillow. The customer service was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and fit me into the perfect chair. I love the chair and the pillow I bought! It has greatly helped my symptoms and makes working at my computer for hours on end enjoyable not painful.
