If I could give them one star I would. I work in the legal industry and I am familiar with the law. That's why I would tell anyone out there to stay away from this company. They will withhold your deposit and then make up bogus charges to keep it, and provide no documentation whatsoever. This is illegal, but they will try it anyways because if they can pull the wool on just one person, well that's money in their pockets. Do yourself a favor, and find another company. My opinion is based on my sister's 7 year experience with this company and witnessing first hand the mental pain and anguish they put her through recently. I feel it's my duty to let the public know - which is why in this wonderful country we have free speech. Use another company. You have been warned.
