My computer completely crashed and it was already after 5PM. I contacted Ben who was already out of the office for the day... he turned right around and headed back to the office for me. He took the time to explain the corruption on my hard drive and methodically repaired and rebuilt the computer (while I waited). He managed to, not only get the computer working, but now it's lightning fast. It starts up in seconds, not minutes! He went further out of his way to restore data from the deffective drive and sent it to my computer directly the following day. Painless, trustworthy professional service at a reasonable rate!
