Tim came out to service our generator. Was very nice and found a oil leak. This is where we started to have issues. Getting Sanders back out to resolve the issue never happened. We emailed their CSR many times and we were told a manager would follow up. We were charged about $400.00 to tune up and service our generator. After seeing what was done, which takes 10-15 minutes, I would do it myself. They changed oil and air filter. Tim was fine, but I think the company has some serious problems, and their prices are high, and there was no follow up or response. Wont do business with them again.
