Serious texas bar-b-q

I recently visited Serious Texas Bar-B-Q and it was an average experience. The food was decent, but nothing special. The service was okay, although the staff seemed a bit disinterested. I enjoyed the casual atmosphere, but overall, I expected more from this place.
