I had a mixed experience with Bg Galleries LLC. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. However, I was pleased with the quality of the products I purchased. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement in terms of customer service.
