Maynard's Restaurant

I had lunch for the first time and ordered the daily special sandwich. It was huge so we split it. The bun was way too thick (3 inches) and a thin layer of chopped beef with grilled onion, which was dry. It helped that it came with au jus.
The pumpkin curry soup had good flavor but not much like soup. It was so thick I could turn my spoon upside down and it wouldn t fall off.
To end the experience, there was a hair on my plate.
It is a beautiful huge facility with lots of room for events and great view.
I might try it again just to give it another honest chance, but disappointed because I was hoping we were getting a good quality place in town.
