I feel that these houses are extremely expensive, after reading all of these reviews i am going to look elsewhere. First off why in the world would I put money down on a house I am actually going to live in, I want to see the condition and what my neighbors look like. Yall charge out the wazoo and then have the nerve to keep folk deposit even though they leave it in good condition. No thanks I am moving on.
