Alexis McKenzie was the best! Always very prompt to answer any questions we had and went the extra mile for us in all aspects of the home buying process from filming neighborhoods for us (we lived in upstate NY and couldn t fly down to physically look at houses) to letting in a handyman after we had purchased the home because we had to be back in NY to pack up and move. She completely went above and beyond for us. She was the kindest, friendliest realtor and never tried to sell us something we didn t need or want. She took the time to learn what we needed in a house and ultimately found the perfect one for us. Would highly recommend her and JC Penny Realty to all who are looking for a recommendation without hesitation.
