I've been taking my 2017 Ford Expedition to Fairway Ford for the last three years and have not had a bad experience. They always inform me before repairing anything on my vehicle. They also give me a list if there's one for anything that needs to be taken care of without blindsiding you. They also don't mind answering any questions you may have regarding your vehicle.
