Chris (below)! This exact same situation happened to me a few months ago at the Alamo/National location in Belgrade/Bozeman Airport. They are making false claims and saying I now owe them over $1,500 for damages. I drove the car to Big Sky for skiing and it sat in a covered garaged for 5 days without moving, and then I simply drove it back. I rent cars every week and this location had the rudest individuals I've ever encountered at a rental location. This place is a complete scam and they do this to every renter who goes through here. DO NOT RENT FROM NATIONAL/ALAMO BELGRADE/BOZEMAN AIRPORT. I am a National Executive Elite member and this is a tough review for me to write but had to be done. Please post if you've had the same experience at this location. This needs to stop!
