I moved into an apartment managed by Philly Apt Rentals a few months ago, and so far, everything has been great. The staff has been very helpful throughout the leasing process, and any maintenance issues have been promptly taken care of. The apartment itself is spacious and offers all the amenities I need. I love the convenient location too. Can't recommend them enough!
