Johnson Plastics Plus

I’m really impressed with the final look of these items from Johnson Plastics Plus—they have a substantial feel and a polished, professional finish that sublimates beautifully. However, the packaging format creates a bit of a bottleneck. Unboxing them is quite tedious because you have to remove the item, the keychain, and the insert from three separate plastic sleeves before you can even start the sublimation process. I initially had a massive order of 1,000 pieces lined up, but I passed on it after spending hours just unwrapping a test batch of 300. It was simply too labor-intensive to be cost-effective for my workflow.
