They do not respect the elderly or their families!!!

They have started foreclosure proceedings against an elderly 80 year old woman. Who has been in her home for 50+ years. All because she put the title in her living trust. She was unaware that "title cannot be transferred" even if it is to your self in your own trust. She ask how can she put it back and they told her it's too late and filed a Notice of Default. Shame on you, RMS!!!.

Well to the two whom say they sailed through RMS they are a horrible company you are two out of hundreds ...I know and still think they should be investigated! Our loved one is a victim too so don't tell us! make sure you read all the complaints done against a love one! You just happened to be one on a million Doesn't mean they are great!!!!

I'm a Realtor. This company is incompetent. Period. My clients mother passed away mid July. They have it on the foreclosure list for October 1st. They told us they would give an extension if we could provide a listing agreement. We did. No extension. They tell us they will give an extension if we can provide an executed contract. We have. No response. We are one week from the foreclosure date of 10/1.

Why is this company still doing business? Where are all the regulators now?

I tried to give you them 1 star, but the system wouldn't accept it (twice) came up as an error.

If they had a minus star above I would have given them a -5. Three people call an 85 year young client of mine, threatening her and telling her to move out of her house in a week. The reason, the property taxes were not paid. They would not take the confirmation number or her bank statement showing she had in fact paid the taxes. Hey you lawyers out there, you really have a cash cow here with these con-men. Where are you? They have broken ever part of the Fair Debt Collection Act and after you get the money you should pursue them criminally. Hop to it, whos hungry.

worst company ever. my mom has Alzheimer and they complained because her handwriting did not match the original signed documents. She still lives in the home with help, but duh she barley remembers her name. they have no way to go and look at balances or any information so it makes it tough for anyone to help her.

Terrible, they treat the elderly terrible. Accused me of not paying my taxes, when I had. I pay quarterly, they said that is not acceptable, says I must must pay yearly. A young man was rude.! Stay away!

I just can't say enough nice things about Reverse Mortgage Solutions. My experience over the past 5 years has been ever so pleasant. I find customer service to be first class and most professional.

GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company!
I only give 1 star because so can not give 0. Horrible customer service. Horrible knowledgeable representatives, NOBODY knows what they are doing! I have had so much trouble trying to deal with these people for my elderly parents. You can call them 5 times in 1 day and get 5 different answers to your question. They are JOKE of a company!
