Horrible place! Snotty office women; very unprofessional. They will rob you blind! And inflate all costs 500 times! Run run like the wind!!! I will never ever recommend!!!!!!!!

Carl was here a few weeks ago to clean our carpet. He did a fantastic job and even removed a pink stain in the master bedroom (not even asked to do that)! THANK YOU CARL - we will have you back.

This is the second time we have used Restoration Professionals. This time I called them when we had a frozen pipe break in the middle of the winter. Most of the house was flooded. Restoration professionals got a crew there really quickly to move furniture out of the water, pull up the wet carpet, and set up fans and dehumidifiers.
They also helped us with our insurance claim and with putting the house back together. Every single person we dealt with did a fantastic job - Restpro employees as well as their subcontractors. Our house looks great now! I would definitely recommend them!

I use RestPro to do all my carpet and floor cleaning needs! I have seen many other carpet cleaning companies in my life and NEVER were they EVER close to being as good as Restoration Professionals! I have been loyal to them for the past 4 1/2 years in my property management position. They have been able to remove stains that have sat in carpet for 2+ years! Seriously they are the best and Jennifer in scheduling is just as awesome!

Use them for carpet cleaning. Ryan, Carl, Deonte, and James go above and beyond for all of our needs, whenever we need it. We truly appreciate their service, and quality work!

A Team of four from Restoration Professionals were in my house within an hour after I called about a leak in my ceiling. The entire ceiling had to be replaced because of asbestos. They also found a second leak just before the ceiling was to be replaced which would have been horrible if they went ahead with the ceiling. I opted to have some lights put in since the ceiling was open. RestPro smoothly managed all the trades, i.e., electrician, painter, drywall, etc to put my house back together. If I had a small issue with something they dealt with it right away saying we "just want to make you happy". The people they used were top notch. I could not have managed this on my own. Trying to hire this work on my own would have taken much longer and it would not have gone as well as RestPro. I'm grateful for they were there for me.

Restoration Professionals have always been timely, done quality work & are efficient,with all the work they have done for our clients. Beyond all those items listed, they are also great in one-on-one conversations with our owners! Such a great team to work with during stressful restoration events!

Received a bill from this company for work that was never requested. Then the owner says I requested work on a weekend? Don't worry the creditor will be calling you back for the false charges.

The Restoration Pros came to our home in Cottage Grove for air ducts/vent cleaning. I was impressed with the professionalism of the company and the care they took in their work. They protected corners of the house so the hoses wouldn t chip paint. They also covered the flooring under their hoses to avoid leaving a mess. I would hire them again....very impressed!!
