RenterStock is a revolutionary rental marketplace that empowers tenants to seize control of the NYC rental market from overpriced brokers. We enable soon-to-be-moving tenants to list and show their apartments to prospective renters. In exchange, we pay them 3% annual rent when we rent their apartment.
