Love them and will definitely be back! Bike were great and arrived within their guarantee time! Made sure to keep them locked as we've previously had a bike taken from a different company.

They are wonderful and the staff is always helpful with any questions we have!

Horrible service. No gear as ordered online when we arrived and after a lot of calls and several hours, they refused to refund our money. We had to dispute the charges with our credit card company.

This was our second time renting from Rent Gear Here and we have had 2 amazing experiences now! The bikes were delivered and picked up with absolutely no problems at all. Biking 30A was our boys favorite part of our trip!

Rented 8 bikes and 1 kayak in advance. The bikes were delivered a day late and kayak 2 days late. I was given a credit for kayak for one day.

Called 4 times about one bike with a completely flat tire and one that s chain kept falling off. The first call they told me they would have someone repair that day, no one showed up. I called again after 6 and they said they would have someone come by the next morning. No one showed up. I called two more times and they said my repaur was marked as a priority. No one every showed up to fix the bikes.

Picture this, 8 boys and only 6 with bikes. Does NOT work and I would not recommend using this company. They are unresponsive and are not honest. Very quick to charge your credit card when the order is placed a month in advance, but that is the only thing reliable about them.

We booked a beach bonfire at Grayton Beach and had a wonderful time! Will and Mary Catherine were great hosts and took great care of us while we enjoyed the wonderful evening. This is one of the most relaxing things you can do at the beach and is the perfect way to end the day.

This company does not honor their own written refund policy. I reserved our golf cart for July 2021 on 4/21/21. The receipt they provided states twice "Orders cancelled more than one week prior to delivery or service will receive a full refund". I requested a refund less than 24 hours later. The reason I requested a refund is that they did not tell me that the last day of the reservation they pick the golf cart up at 8 am. This information was hidden in the fine print of the agreement they sent AFTER they charged my credit card over $1600. They refuse to refund my money. I should have read the reviews. We have used Livewell30a before and been happy. I guess now they ve merged, customer service has gone to the wayside. I even left a message and email for John Wellborn, one of the owners. He hasn t bothered to return either. We will never use any of their companies again, and we will tell anyone going to 30a to avoid them as well.

Bad business! Do not rent from them!! Rented beach chairs/umbrellas, bikes trailer, stroller and baby bouncer. Umbrella set up was hours late one day and they took them down an hour early while on a walk on two days so we missed the golden hour. The kids bike trailer was missing straps so we were unable to use it. Asked for a refund but they refused. Said we should have called at the time of rental. I sat on hold for >20 minutes twice without anyone answering. The double running stroller was so rusted out that the wheels hardly turned. We had a completely broken foot rest with our beach set up and we pulled it out so they would see it but they put it out the next day despite being obviously broken. Cant believe this place is in business.

Brandon Stapp was awesome over the phone and really gave me some insight into what we actually needed for our vacation. He was really able to listen to what we wanted to do and it was awesome. Great job Brandon!!!!

I called this company because I had a 210.00 credit to use towards rentals. I ordered a bicycle for 5 days and used my promotional code, which they honored and saved me 55.00, right after I gave her my card number I asked for an additional bike. I was told I could only use the credit one time and that I d have to pay for the second bike. Seemed silly as this all took place over the course of a 5 min phone call. Lady on the phone was polite. Given the circumstances, I think a little flexibility was in order. Canceled the order all together.
