Did a mailer with this company and had them put out 180,000 pieces.Based on my experience,lack of customers that showed and the post master s comment this company did not send out the mail that we paid for.It was a huge disappointment.If you are a Auto dealer beware!!!!

Our store did a 7500 piece mail campaign targeting conquest customers for the automotive industry in Pennsylvania. Although I believe the mail went out, the data they used to back the mail was dated. out of the 7500 pieces that went out (The first 1500 went to the wrong zip codes a 100 miles away), we had 3 people walk through the door and 2 people call. Either the people traded their vehicles in years ago, or we had widows calling telling me the people we mailed to were deceased. For how big this company claims to be, I am shocked how bad their data is. They claim they are knocking it out of the park with these pieces, but I certainly didn't have that response. Its a shame that I had the same response with them that I would have if I kept my money in my wallet. Sometimes dealing with smaller companies is better because you get better customer service.
