Reliable roofing

Requested a quote for a tiny house (180 square feet). Two individuals came out, quotes $21,000. Were very instant that a contract be signed that day, would not take no for an answer. While refusing to leave they got on the phone with another individual who was trying to convince us to sign the contract. They called again that night demanding a contract be signed. We got quote from a different company quoting $1,500. Would not recommend this company.

They tried to never install water and ice part of system. They were told what happen and did not care only made excuses. They tried to pull up underlayment to add at last minute but this is not platinum instulation that's worth 20k which is what I paid...project manager said he would sent pics of proof of full system I was paying for never did. Nails were left on roof on shingles that were pressed in and caused small holes...this is not the quality worth the money....they left Gass can on side of my house in the middle of summer in the desert and it could have exploded. Told project manager and he seemed annoyed every time....I want to help people not go through this as I still paid full amount. Be careful they have alot of fake reviews not real. They scheduled estimate. They called day of to say they had double-bookings and had to cancel. Everyone is having emergencies. Just like us! Then I get a call back and I said we will cancel we found someone else and Iris hung up on me. Unbelievable. Glad this happened before we would've considered them.

I love having indoor plants but was spending so much on energy costs to keep them and the house well-lit, even during the daytime. Reliable Roofing suggested that I try out skylights, and I agreed. They installed it so fast, and everything just changed. The lighting is so much better, and the house looks more roomy and just beautiful. They really know their business.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Turns out I was told so many lies from the beginning. Was told the project manager would be on site throughout job. He as never here. Asked that there always be someone here I could speak with. That was a joke. No one could speak English. Felt and sounded like bombs were going off throughout the job. I knew something wasn't right. Then after all shingles removed, a manager came in to inspect the decking. Suddenly I am being told that ALL the plywood had to be replaced to be up to code. Made to feel like I had no choice. $$ was definitely not made clear with this addition of decking. What I thought was all included at a little over 20,000 was suddenly over 35,000..... As if I would have approved that.
Someone came through the ceiling of my garage twice. And the ceiling of the garage was destroyed. The siding covering the fascia boards was destroyed all the way around the house.
Tires had to be replaced on my car because of all the nails left around.
I am finding cracks in my ceiling all through the house.
So very unprofessional!!!!!!

They are highly reliable and can be trusted. I wasn't present when they installed my roof, but I trusted Randy to see everything through. They finished on schedule, cleaned up, and then secured the property all while I was away. I came back to a great roof and very clean property. Keep it up, guys.

The beams they installed in my house are amazing. They are both functional and make the house stand out. They are usually the first thing people notice when they walk into my home. Their workmanship was great as well.
