Refugee Info Bus is a volunteer-led charity providing Internet Access, Legal rights education and empowerment through technology for refugees in Europe. Though WiFi might seem like a luxury, for a refugee it is exactly the opposite: it’s a lifeline to family, and to information otherwise unavailable to them. The Refugee Info Bus provides Wifi to refugees, access to technology, digital literacy, and legal rights education. We are also a communication source, providing up to date, on the ground information to the wider world. This is done by data gathered in partnership with the Refugee Rights Data Project, as well as news articles and photography created by and with Refugees.
