The Buchanan apartments on Loveridge are filled with roaches. When you call them to try to get exterminators to come they do it themselves and only came twice no matter how much I tried to call and ask. Very dirty and they don t even care to try and tell the other tenants to keep their space clean. The managers are unprofessional and rude and respond to you late or not at all. Would highly NOT recommend.

Rosa and Amanda are very unprofessional. . i have never witnessed a company so unprofessional in my life.

We were renting on Porter Avenue and at the time there was a different property manager, Anna. We had multiple instances where notices were left on our door of unpaid rent, even though we had dropped off the check the previous week. Apparently Anna was fired and Rosa took over. We are having issues with them saying there is unpaid rent (there isn't) and the woman who called me was condescending and rude. Avoid this place at all costs, or at least keep track of your rent check receipts.

This is my second redwood apartments that I have rented from. First was in Cleveland North Ridgeville for 3yrs. Had no problems was great place. Moved to Canton after I retired from USPS. Love this place nice and quite with friendly people. Management is great. I have rented all my life (58yrs) and this is the best place I have been. I'm glad to be renting here and feel lucky to have find such a good place. I will have no problem telling people how nice the apartments are and how friendly the people are. Can't say enough about the Management first class , friendly, and take care of the grounds. Thanks for having a safe place to live. Maria and Ron are first class.
