Uma startup de impacto social que pensa e transforma a relação das mães com o trabalho.
Rede Maternativa: Empowering Mothers in the Workplace
Rede Maternativa is a social impact startup that aims to transform the relationship between mothers and work. Founded by a group of passionate individuals who believe that motherhood should not be a barrier to professional success, Rede Maternativa provides support, resources, and community for working mothers.
The challenges faced by working mothers are well-documented. From discrimination and bias to lack of flexibility and inadequate parental leave policies, many women struggle to balance their careers with their responsibilities as caregivers. This can lead to burnout, stress, and even career setbacks.
Rede Maternativa seeks to change this narrative by creating a network of support for working mothers. Through its online platform and community events, the company offers resources such as job listings with family-friendly employers, mentorship programs, coaching sessions on negotiation skills and career development strategies.
One of Rede Maternativa's core values is inclusivity. The company recognizes that not all mothers have access to the same opportunities or face the same challenges in their careers. As such, it strives to create an environment where all voices are heard and all experiences are valued.
In addition to its focus on supporting individual working mothers, Rede Maternativa also advocates for systemic change in workplace policies. The company partners with employers across industries to promote family-friendly policies such as flexible schedules or remote work options.
Rede Maternativa's impact has been felt across Brazil since its founding in 2018. Its online community has grown rapidly over the past few years; today it boasts over 10k members from diverse backgrounds across Brazil who share stories about their experiences balancing motherhood with work life.
The company has also received recognition from various organizations for its innovative approach towards empowering women at work including being named one of Forbes' "30 Under 30" social entrepreneurs in Latin America last year.
Looking ahead into the future Rede Maternative plans to expand its reach and impact by partnering with more employers, launching new programs, and continuing to advocate for policies that support working mothers.
In conclusion, Rede Maternativa is a social impact startup that is making a real difference in the lives of working mothers across Brazil. By providing resources, community, and advocacy for family-friendly workplace policies, the company is empowering women to succeed both professionally and personally. With its inclusive approach and commitment to systemic change, Rede Maternativa is poised to continue making an impact for years to come.
