I had high hopes when I reached out for assistance, but the experience fell short. Communication was lacking and timelines were not met. It felt like my needs were overlooked, making the process more frustrating than helpful. 😕 I expected a more seamless experience based on what was promised, but unfortunately, it didn't align with reality. Could use some improvement in service quality.

My experience at the Vienna, VA offices has been EXCELLENT! Patricia is a fantastic and amazing employee. She always with a beautiful smile and good attitude, she even takes extra time to be sure that everything is perfect. Hopefully they know how to appreciate it; SHE IS FANTASTIC!!

I worked and did not get paid still waiting on my check they gave me a card and it was nuthing on the card when i called about it the attitude and the way i was talked to very unacceptable and i had no problem doing my job

I worked for company and HAMILTON was very rude and nasty to me when all I wanted was my money that I worked for and said he would fix it and still hasn t even took some of my hours from me I wouldn t recommend anyone to work for company cause you may not get your money it s not right nor fair

they don't forgive a mistake very hard company to work with they scrutinize everything

Horrible management. Treats like dirt and calls employees horrific, degrading names behind their back to other employess.HR is almost as bad, claiming they will get you documentation you need on a certain day, and then proceeds to never answer the phone or return calls.

Horrible place to work, they treat their employees like garbage.

Never work for this company they never have any workers to do the job so you will be stuck doing everyone else's job and not get paid for it they pay you when they want and it's never right you will be missing half your check and you have to fight to get the rest and always having to prove it no raises they want you to work holidays with no time and a half and if you do overtime it will not be on the check you have to fight for the then they take there sweet time
