I lived at 727 S. Forest last school year and LOVED it. There was covered parking and the apartments were really nice inside and spacious with bay windows and big bathrooms. I'd definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.
they are dishonest. the house was ok, but they'll try to push all the risk in a deal to their tenants, which is not fair at all. it's highly risky to sign contract with them.
