I recently discovered this unique place and it's a game changer in terms of community and good vibes 🙌🌟! The website offers only a glimpse of what to expect, but the experience is beyond words. From the moment you step foot inside, you feel the friendly atmosphere and welcoming energy. The concept of merging a beer garden, food trucks, and outdoor activities is absolutely brilliant! 🍻🍔🏓 It's the perfect spot to meet up with friends, grab a drink, and enjoy a variety of delicious cuisines while playing some fun games. The outdoor seating area is spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a great place to unwind and relax. Overall, a one-of-a-kind spot that has truly transformed the dining and social scene! 🌈💯👏

I had an average experience with Rayback Collective. The food was good, but nothing extraordinary. The place was quite crowded and noisy, which made it hard to have a proper conversation. The staff was friendly and attentive, though. Overall, it was an okay experience.

About Rayback collective

Rayback Collective is Boulder's first ever food truck park, a beer garden, and a live music venue.

Rayback Collective: Boulder's Premier Food Truck Park, Beer Garden, and Live Music Venue

Rayback Collective is a unique establishment located in the heart of Boulder, Colorado. It is the city's first-ever food truck park, beer garden, and live music venue all rolled into one. The concept behind Rayback Collective is to provide a space where people can come together to enjoy great food, drinks, and entertainment in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The History of Rayback Collective

Rayback Collective was founded by Justin Riley in 2015. The idea for the establishment came from Justin's love for food trucks and his desire to create a community gathering place where people could come together over good food and drinks. He named the establishment after his grandfather Ray who was an entrepreneur himself.

Initially starting as just an empty lot with some picnic tables set up for customers to sit at while enjoying their meals from various food trucks parked nearby; it has since grown into something much bigger than that.

Today Rayback Collective boasts an impressive array of amenities including indoor seating areas with fireplaces for colder months or inclement weather conditions; outdoor patios complete with fire pits perfect for summer evenings under the stars; live music performances on weekends featuring local artists as well as national acts passing through town.

Food Trucks at Rayback Collective

One of the main draws of Rayback Collective is its selection of food trucks. With over 30 different vendors rotating throughout the year there is always something new to try. From classic American fare like burgers and fries to international cuisine such as Thai street noodles or Mexican tacos al pastor there truly is something for everyone here.

Some popular vendors include:

- McDevitt Taco Supply: Serving up delicious tacos made with fresh ingredients sourced locally whenever possible.

- Waffle Lab: Specializing in sweet waffles topped with everything from Nutella to fresh fruit.

- Verde: Offering healthy options like salads bowls made with organic greens and locally sourced produce.

- The Ginger Pig: Known for their mouth-watering BBQ dishes like pulled pork sandwiches and brisket plates.

Beer Garden at Rayback Collective

In addition to the food trucks, Rayback Collective also has a beer garden with an impressive selection of craft beers on tap. They have over 30 different beers available ranging from local brews to national favorites. Some popular options include:

- Avery Brewing Company: A local favorite known for their hoppy IPAs and barrel-aged stouts.

- New Belgium Brewing Company: Another Colorado-based brewery famous for their Fat Tire Amber Ale and sour beers.

- Dogfish Head Brewery: A nationally recognized brewery from Delaware that specializes in unique flavor combinations like their SeaQuench Ale made with lime juice, sea salt, and coriander.

Live Music at Rayback Collective

Finally, Rayback Collective is also a live music venue. They host regular performances by both local artists as well as national acts passing through town. The outdoor stage is set up in the middle of the beer garden providing a perfect backdrop for an evening of entertainment under the stars.

Some past performers include:

- Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats

- Shakey Graves

- Sturgill Simpson

- Lake Street Dive

Conclusion

Rayback Collective is truly one-of-a-kind establishment that offers something for everyone. Whether you're looking to try some new food truck cuisine, sample some craft beer or catch a live music performance; this place has got you covered. With its welcoming atmosphere and community-focused approach it's no wonder why it has become such a beloved spot among locals and visitors alike. So next time you're in Boulder be sure to stop by Rayback Collective!
