This company is very untrustworthy and deceptive. They will string you along till the last minute then harass you after you have told them repeatedly you will not work with them make no further contact.

Family owned business, job description was a little different than the actual job. The Girl above me had been there for 1.5 years and was only making a dollar more than me. She was also expected to take company phone home with here, and schedule staff to cover cancelled or no show shifts. We were only suppose to do medical staffing credentials so after I found this out I bolted because the pay was only 14hr.
Lastly, Upstairs was like a call center environment and it was hot up there. Only one bathroom per gender and 10 minute breaks instead of 15. No real lunch room 4 people could barely sit at the table. On a Positive note the employees were nice and welcoming. Just not enough compensation for the job.

Be very careful when dealing with this company. They will try to cheat you out every dollar that is promised. In my case after completing an assignment they made me a return home reservation then at the airport counter with an reservation they refuse to pay for the flight ( at the airline counter you must present the same credit card of the reservation at the counter). Slimy business practice!!

I have been a travel nurse for 8 years. This is by far the best company I have worked for. Very professional, accurate pay and no hassle submissions to hospitals. Keeps in touch so I know what's going on. I never have to contact them first, they are on it.

This Company doesn't find you assignments. They act like they submitted your resume to clients. You do a great job with a client who was in the middle of nowhere and you would think you would get another assignment. I was sent there because nobody wanted to go there. You write the COO and he ignores 3 emails. You call recruiter and get a salesman pitch that your resume will be submitted, but Communication is the worst because they won't let you know if the client selected someone. You say you are interested in a posted assignment and while talking to a recruiter she say oh it just got filled. My Resume is so good that there is no way that they submitted my resume to most of the clients that I ask them to submit to. Feels like Favoritism and if you are not their buddy or family, then you won't get an assignment. Could be some Sexism too because some Healthcare positions they fill with mainly Women. There are way better Healthcare Temp agencies out there, that will give a Man a Fair shot, a Army Veteran a fair shot, I would be here all day as it pertains to X-Ray, there isn't many Resumes better than mines. I can apply to be a Professor, Run a Radiology Department. I left this Company alone and recieved 20 calls for jobs in the same day. Look for other Companies than this.

PS: After posting this review I read other reviews on this company. And 95% of the bad reviews are from Men which Proves the point that this Company is Sexist. But towards Men. They only Hire Women and will ignore Men, give them the run around, bad treatment. But you don't have to take my Word for it, Just read for yourself. Some Women had bad experiences too. So this is not a good Company. They claim they are for the US Military but did this Army Veteran wrong! Thats very Un-American and flat out Horrible!

New Mexico branch is horrible, they have you run circles and never call you back! Like what s the point if you need people to work but don t want them to work?!? They have a bad reputation for this stuff,

While everyone ( nurses in my traveler groups) was complaining about pay and lack of job openings being put out..Kyle was posting 50 nurses needed in a safe, Military protected hospital with accommodations across the street! He had me submitted, approved , with contract (over all the other rates) and compliance paperwork in my hand the same day! There was even a HUGE surprise on my background that he fought off for me and didnt miss a beat in my assignment timeline! I'm Rapid Temps forever! #myrecruitersbetterthanyours

After 1 month of on boarding I started orientation at my travel Rn job. 2 hours into orientation I was asked if the agency had contacted me to let me know they only had night shift positions available. They did not. 1 month and 2 hours wasted. Company is unprofessional and unorganized.
