Best mechanic shop in LaBelle went there thinking I had a bad battery but it was a bad alternator changed it right then and there very pleased

I was towed to Randy s garage because my car broke down on the road and Randy s garage was closest to me. The car was there over a month, after They finally finished, pick the car up three weeks later the car broke down again Randy s garage charge me over $1700.dollars. Trying to fix the second brake down found under the Dashboard broken piece of my dashboard, missing screws and some weren t tied.

They are efficient, courteous, trustworthy and their prices are very reasonable.

Great service and staffed with a very professional group of employees. A huge kudos to all of them. Definitely go back.

Long time local owner tries to keep customers happy. It appears that mechanic staff turnover might be a bit high, so I always try to watch repairs being done whenever possible. Very busy shop but I generally find them accommodating to get me in and out without long delays for minor repairs..

I am very pleased with the work they did on our Dodge Journey they told us if we could get the vehical there by 5:30 they could get it worked on the next day. I am very busy and had the parts to do job but no time to do the work myself they gave me quote and they sure did have it done the next day. Really well ran place.

Talked to one of the mechanics there. His name was Sergio, very friendly and has great knowledge. Very happy with service. Even helped me find a locksmith. Very awesome!

Passable shop. It s about what you d expect in LaBelle. If you want thorough, dedicated service, go a little out of your way to Superior Auto Care in Fort Myers.

Very bad service. It did not solve the problem and does not guarantee their work. He charged twice for the same work.

The nicest people in any mechanic shop I've ever been to. The owner and his wife were very accommodating when my car broke down on me and left me stranded in the heat with my two babies.. They took me in right away and diagnosed the problem immediately! On top of that, gave us a ride home which was an hour away! We were truly stranded and I am forever grateful for their kindness.. I wouldn't mind driving the hour long trip back there for maintenance in the future..

This place is the worst, they gave me a quote for one amount after they did the job they charged me twice the original quote and added some extra charges like supplies when no supplies where used. To top it all off they didn't even find nor fixed the issue.

Stands behind work, alittle costly but at least it done right.

I brought my car little over a month now to Randy's and my car got it's engine busted I was told that it would take a week to replace with a new engine so I waited patiently but it's been over a month now and my car still hasn't been repaired. This is horrible service I need my car to get to school and now I have to walk to school everyday and the walk for me to get to school is 2.5 miles.

Great customer service. Went to switch a pulley from my old alternator to the new one and friendly mechanic took over was done in less than 5 mins. Very friendly.

I called and talked to them about a check engine light that popped up on my vehicle. He said to come on by and he'd take a look at it. When I got there I signed a paper saying there would be no cost. A few hours later he gave me a quote for $1,500 to fix the problem. I called another mechanic to get a second opinion and they said it wouldn't cost more than $750. I went back to Randy's and told them I couldn't afford the work they said I needed. When I went in to get my keys he said there was a $60 fee. I mentioned to him that I signed a paper saying the cost was $0. I was told that I should have just known there would be a charge.

I wouldn't have had a problem paying for him to take a look at it but it would have been nice for him to tell me up front that I was going to be charged. Especially when Auto Zone does it for free.

I've read a lot of reviews saying that they are honest but that wasn't my experience here.
