I took my original review down after their COO contacted me and said he wanted to fix the situation. It took 2 months for their lawyer to write a one-page demand letter, just for it to go unanswered. I then contacted the lawyer telling him I wanted to take my ex-business partner to court. After 10 days of no response, I decided to do this on my own. I'm on 22 days of no reply. I've left 2 emails and 5 unanswered calls, just attempting to get my complete file. If you are a small business owner like me, don't waste your time with this firm.

The demand letter was sent to the wrong email address. Makes sense why there was no reply... The context of the draft letter I approved was different from the formal. The sent and reply by date was off by almost a month. Both formal and draft letters stated they were sent by email. I asked for proof that they were send, he stated I was sent by regular mail so there is no paper trail, but I should trust him.

I contacted this firm after having a falling out with my business partner. After paying $2500 for a contract to be written, the lawyer just disappears. He couldn't be reach to answer questions or make changes. About a month later, I needed help holding my ex-business partner to the contract he signed... I reached out, only to be told my original lawyer was no longer with the company. I spent another $2500 and 1.5 hours with the new lawyer. She didn't hear a word i said.... She protected the interest of the other party, and was ready to call it a completed job. When I inquired about the next steps to obtain what was owed to me through the contract, she wanted to pass me off to yet another person within the company, which also meant.... you guessed it, another bill. I dont believe I could've meant less to this firm. Choose wisely.
