An excellent place for the development of events. Very happy.

Very comfortable, the only objectionable thing is that the pool is divided into sections as classes are given to people who do not stay at the hotel, which makes it not comfortable.

The party room on the 6th floor is divine! Highly recommended for small farewells. It has a bar and a very large terrace. They have dj, cleaning and security contracted. Worth it!!

They shouldn't rate it 5 stars. It has very nice rooms but the rest is classic for a middling hotel.
Little variety at breakfast, nor did they have a machine to make hot sandwiches.
The view is not good at all.

The service is good, the facilities a bit old ...
And sadly, my room had a smell of sweat, which they could never remove ...

I am here in Uruguay on a business trip. It is Thursday night, and the hotel is allowing a large party to blast music on a lower floor until 1 a.m. The music is literally vibrating my floor. This is completely unacceptable for business travelers who have to perform at their jobs the following day. I wish I could give this hotel zero stars for such horrible judgement. Will never recommend this hotel, wish I had stayed at Sofitel.

We went to dinner and met the hotel, very good service, the hotel is beautiful and we eat very well. I recommend it. The hotel has another restaurant on the 25th floor with a view of the city and the spectacular river. is staying at the hotel

Excellent. I appreciate the response of the Hotel to this comment. But I forgot to mention that it was my birthday and I expressed it upon entering and they did not give me any gift or attention as it has happened in other hotels and restaurants on my previous birthdays. Anyway, an unforgettable 5 star hotel.

I was served cannelloni with a very long hair inside the judge today 10/30/18 on the executive menu. They did not pay me any attention

very friendly staff but unfortunately you notice in the hotel that there is a significant renovation backlog. the cleanliness of the room was also in need of improvement.
The large pool is very pleasant, where you can swim well and not just splash around.

Cafeteria with good options. You lose a star because I went to the meditation course and the site managers took little care in scheduling an art gymnastics event on the second floor. I found this very careless. The course was very expensive. It deserved a quiet place for that.
