Raceway Nissan

We brought our Nissan Murano into Raceway Nissan for bad transmission and few other issues and were so pleased with the level of service provided to us by this company!! Our service advisor, Ambrosio Rodriguez, really provided us with Amazing Customer Service. He kept us updated with progress from start to finish while dealing with warranty company!! They were able to cover the major repairs :) This is honestly our first time coming across this type of exceptional service & made the whole experience that much more satisfying!! Will definitely be returning for servicing on our Nissan moving forward...

We were approached and greeted right away and offered help. We were able to take the car of our choice for a drive and trusted to go alone was pretty cool. The service was fast including signing the paper work. We would definitely go back in the future.

I visited and called several dealers in the area and out of the area and Raceway Nissan treated me with respect, allowed me to be picky be myself ask a million questions and took care of everything I asked for. They made what can be a stressful experience into a happy and easy purchase. From my sales person Gabriel to the finance team and the management, everyone was amazing and when it is time for me to replace my Nissan frontier I will be coming back for sure.

Prior to taking the vehicle in when the engine light came on, my son had put his scanner on it. My son told me it read the 02 sensor. When taking the vehicle to raceway I simple said the engine light was on. I wanted to see if they would be honest. When the rep called to tell me the issue he stated it s the 02 sensor. I was extremely happy to find an honest dealership. This wasn t my first time here, I always have felt comfortable with the service, but this was a comforting visit.!!!!

I had the opportunity to work with Andy and Chris last week and they were extremely helpful and kind and helped me with everything. Made all the processes way easier and faster than any other dealership I have visited in the Inland Empire. You are in good hands with these gentlemen! Our salesman was Ivan. It was his first day on the job and it was a blessing that we were his very first sale. I love that the others were able to sacrifice a sale to help out a colleague (this was also at the end of the day). We were well taken care of and would recommend anyone who is looking for a Nissan to go there. They honored their deals and gave car salesmen a good look.

First visit to service department. Loved them. They get the 5 stars. Marcos was wonderful. Will be back.
Sales department not so much. They get a one star. They are not completely honest and they don t return phone calls once you drive away with your vehicle. Was talked into some after market items and did not completely get what I thought I was getting. Still don t have all the information for some of the items.

Overall very happy with the service at Raceway Nissan. The only issue I had was that the car I wanted wasn't ready to be shown. I picked out a specific used Nissan Rogue online that had all the features I wanted. It was listed on eBay as well as Raceway's website. I phoned and spoke with 2 sales people, both of whom confirmed the car was available. When I drove down to the dealership (35 miles away) they told me it wasn't ready to be shown because they had not performed the safety inspection yet, and I would have to wait 4-5 days. I ended up buying another car, which I am happy with, but I should have been given this info prior to coming to the dealership. Otherwise everyone was very friendly and helpful, no pressure.

Ok I've never gone to any other place to get my car serviced except here. They have honest helpful kind friendly employees. Ambrosio Rodriguez is the man. Explains everything in great detail with pics too! Nothing but great experiences there.
