I've worked with R&R Express for over five years. The Company's executive management team, including Rich Francis and Ray Francis, are good people to the chore of their being, with high quality character traits that are reflected through the culture of their entire company. Their integrity and the way they treat people positively impacts the experiences of their employees, agents, drivers, carriers, customers and vendors each and every day: and is evidenced by the many long-tenured relationships they have developed over their 35+ years doing business.

Their loads have lot's of detention and other problems.
Brokers don't respond to the problems or pay any accessorial fees after the fact.

They are very unprofessional and cheaters, I done a load for them, and at receiver they took 7 hours to unload my truck, and my driver even checked in at 7 AM for 8 AM delivery, I called many times the broker regarding receiver is not unloading my truck they never reply, when I emailed them one of guys emailed me back and said just write down In time and Out time, we will pay the detention, I sent the BOL with In time and out time, I called them after 3 days for detention the broker told me that we don't pay detention what ever is the rate for load thats it we will pay so don't call us regarding the detention otherwise we will put you on the do not use list, don't waste your time and money with this rude and unprofessional people

One of my carriers did a load for this company. The driver picked up on time and delivered between the hours the customer advised. Driver got to the delivery location there was no one there. So Shana advised to deliver next day. Well needless to say they only paid us half of what the load was worth. They basically cut throat is. Wouldn t recommend doing business again with them.
