1 star because I HAD TOO... However, I will not lie, they were on time for my pick up. The Customer service/operator is lacking Professionalism.... RUDE, RUDE... I will not use them again and would tell those within my company to not use their services.. They speak unprofessional to their customers as if WE need something from them to stay in business. I think not, there are other couriers in the city..

Sadly, had a horrible experience with this delivery vendor. Was promised the world, never got such horrendous customer service honestly.
