I recently used their services to plan a team-building event, and I must say I was impressed. The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was smooth. However, the actual event fell a bit short of my expectations. The activities were fun, but some of the instructions were unclear, which led to some confusion among the participants. ๐ค Additionally, the overall atmosphere felt a bit lacking in energy and engagement. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. While there is room for improvement, I believe with some tweaks, they could provide a much better experience for their customers.
