I visited with 3 of my kids for Easter Sunday on our trip up to Seattle for Spring Break. I love the diversity in so many aspects of their liturgy. The expressiveness of the leaders and people is also nice too (I come from a more conservative and uptight background of church). I liked that people of color and women were in places of leadership as well. While my theology and philosophy of ministry may differ a bit from Quest, I felt worshipful and welcomed here.

The preacher this Sunday gave a good heartfelt message about how even in this world that often feels hopeless, there is still hope and we see that hope in Christ. We saw that when he was risen from death, and we see that now as he moves in our churches and world.

This place felt like a multicultural (not just multiethnic) church.

The service was very long for young kids to sit through but it helped that there were many other kids in the back rows so we didn t feel out of place.

A leading voice in the intersection of faith, race and justice! Love Quest church. The review by someone who mentioned the preaching was like a sociology lecture misses the point IMHO. If one reads their Bible carefully, how we relate to our community and to those different than us is part and parcel of the Gospel. If we only walk and think with our tribe we're like a club of our kind and miss the call to reconciliation.

About Quest Church

We are a Seattle church on a quest of continual growth and discipleship as we seek to act justly, love kindness, and walk humbly with Jesus.

Quest Church: A Seattle Church on a Quest for Growth and Discipleship

Quest Church is a vibrant community of believers located in the heart of Seattle, Washington. Our mission is to seek God's will and purpose for our lives as we strive to grow in our faith and become better disciples of Jesus Christ.

At Quest Church, we believe that the Christian life is not just about attending church services or reading the Bible. It's about living out our faith every day, in every aspect of our lives. That's why we are committed to helping people discover their unique gifts and talents so they can use them to serve others and make a positive impact on the world around them.

Our church is built on three core values: justice, kindness, and humility. We believe that these values are essential for living out the gospel message in today's world. We strive to act justly by standing up for those who are marginalized or oppressed, loving kindness by showing compassion and mercy to all people, and walking humbly with Jesus by putting others before ourselves.

One of the things that sets Quest Church apart from other churches is our commitment to diversity. We welcome people from all walks of life regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender identity or sexual orientation. We believe that everyone has something valuable to contribute to our community and we want everyone who comes through our doors to feel loved and accepted.

Our worship services are designed with this diversity in mind. We offer both traditional hymns as well as contemporary worship songs so that everyone can find something meaningful during their time with us. Our sermons are relevant and engaging, focusing on practical ways that we can apply biblical principles in our daily lives.

In addition to Sunday worship services, Quest Church offers a variety of programs designed for spiritual growth including small group studies focused on specific topics such as prayer or social justice issues; classes aimed at helping individuals develop their leadership skills; retreats where participants can deepen their relationship with God; outreach programs where members can serve those less fortunate than themselves; counseling services aimed at helping individuals overcome personal challenges such as addiction or depression.

We also have an active youth ministry program which provides opportunities for young people ages 12-18 years old learn more about God while having fun together through activities like camping trips or service projects within local communities around Seattle area.

At Quest Church you will find a welcoming community where you can grow spiritually while making new friends along the way!
