Sunday opening hours are not upto date. I was there yesterday 6th Aug - 6pm and pharmacy was not open. Can not find any other pharmacy open in entire Newcastle or Gateshead - ended up driving Consett for my 10 month old prescription given by GP who has high fever.
Great service the Pharmacist genuinely listens and tries to help, nice person.
Closed earlier than stated hours, if it's open at all. Not impressed
I cant believe this but they actually lied about receiving my prescription as they were nearly closed, I had been calling all day as it was urgent, I called in 5 minutes before they closed as I was passing and they told me it had not been received when it had been received an hour before that, I have also been given very questionable standard of inhalers from this place, avoid if you can
A good and friendly service delivered by pleasant and smiling staff. The pharmacist is always on hand to offer advice. It's a far better alternative and much quicker than going into the city centre.
Friendly service, the pharmacist shows an interest in you. Delivers prescriptions to your door.
