Vey awful service, my bill been getting higher and higher, while i have nothing plugged in beside 2 TV's and a phone charger no AC use...., I called numerous times, every one takes my name and number, yet no one ever calls back. My building seriously has to get a new company

Their billing is really inaccurate. I don't see why any building should choose to use QuadLogic rather than just using ConEd directly for submetering and billing. QuadLogic's monthly electricity bills for our building are extremely, implausibly inflated. The supposed number of kWh they're billing us for are implausibly high. And they also charge more $ per kWh. In one of the extreme cases, they charged someone in a studio for almost $500.

The price of energy is rising.. and here is no different. Bills get higher and higher not to mention I Neve knew I would be expected to pay 2 electric bill for one apartment... Stop scamming....

Great customer service but antiquated billing system. I pay my mothers electric bill every month manually as they do not offer auto pay. No credit card auto or checking account auto option. Just paying a bill monthly. This is 2019.
