Love Q-spex technology for many reasons, quality of optics is excellent, easy to make them, etc
I haven t had a single comment from a patient on the lenses getting scratch or the way they perceive the image when they look through the lens, especially from progressive wearer, by the way I didn t hesitate a bit to use Q-spex on a new PAL s wearer, the feedback and results we are getting are great.
Best experience I had is on patient who wanted 3 pairs of progressive lenses using his own frames: making 2 pairs of clear progressives and 1 pair of polarized progressives. (VERY PARTICULAR PATIENT) he is a librarian that really needs the 3 ranges of vision at maximum.
Distance, intermediate and near, clearly Q-spex lenses gave what patient needed and met patients expectations at a 100%. Not to mention that we made them all in house and the satisfaction I got as the patients optician in unexplainable.

We invested in the product when they first came out. Eventually the company stopped servicing accounts and became a private lab. We spent $5000 on the instrument. We sent it back via the buyback program. They gave us a credit of $ 250. I will never use this company for anything. They can't be trusted.
