I recently purchased some items from Qingdao Essence Trade Co., Ltd. I must say that my experience was not up to the mark. The delivery was delayed, and when the package finally arrived, one of the items was damaged. I reached out to the customer support, and they were not very helpful in resolving the issue. Disappointing!

I had an average experience with Qingdao Essence Trade Co., Ltd. The customer service was not very helpful and the quality of the products was just okay. I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, I wouldn't say it was great, but it wasn't terrible either.
