Unimpressed. The experience was subpar, with delays in delivery and a lack of communication throughout the process. The final product did not meet my expectations in terms of quality, and the design was not executed as discussed. I had anticipated a more professional approach based on their promises, but the results fell short. Overall, it didn't align with what I was looking for.
