I ve been a loyal customer for years, but as of lately the new staffs in the uptown location are rude and not so helpful specially the tall blonde girl. Wow! She has a disgusting attitude. Won t shop there again!

Cute clothes, rude staff. When I came in they told me the whole store was 50% off. There aren t mirrors in the dressing rooms, so you have to come out to see how things look. While using the mirror, staff put another lady in my dressing room WITH MY WALLET, PHONE, AND CLOTHES STILL IN THERE. (Note two other dressing rooms were available.) When I found her in there, I told her that was my dressing room & she refused to leave, saying she was a regular who used this dressing room with other people s purses, etc in it all the time. I told her I needed my things (which were behind her) & she refused to move. Staff then came & apologized to HER then made a point of telling me that the 50% off was only for regulars & I would have to pay full price.

This place deserves 10 stars, the product, pricing and customer service is amazing. I only went in for one item and came out with 10, which was over the course of two days. I had to go back, as I am know addicted to Purdy Girls. The personal service that I received from Albana Selimaj was bar none to any other. She knew my style and everything she brought to me I purchased. Before the second arrival, I called about a particular item and Albana offered to deliver it to me. Overall, this has been one of the best shopping experiences that I have had in quite awhile.

The most pleasurable shopping experience ever. Fashionable clothing with exceptional quality. I recommend you stop by their two (2) locations, Amsterdam and Thompson street and see for yourself.

It doesn t happen every time but I find something I like during most visits. Whether it s jewelry or a dress that I want, there s always a sale when I m there. The store staff are friendly.
