Puetz Discount Golf

Absolutely loved the service here. I called on the phone to have a club put on hold. I came in and was able to swing it in multiple configurations. It took me a day to decide. I was helped by approximately 7 different employees throughout my stay and every single one was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. All of them were happy to help with random questions I had about various items and services throughout the store. I will absolutely be returning to buy any other golf equipment here.

They followed all the covid-19 protocols. Both welcoming and enjoyable. Great rates if you're just looking to practice your swing.

Just a delightful group of golf-geeks (like myself) - they recently made a small mistake while re-shafting my driver - I honestly didn't care, it was a small and i'm a mediocre golfer, but they came up with multiple different ways to "make it better". It was NO skin off their back making sure I left with a smile. You've got a happy customer for life.

I was in Puetz for 10 minutes looking for what grips would be best for a full re-grip job. After multiple employees walking by and talking about lunch/a friendly golf competition they were having on the range during business hours I was directed to the grips assortment. I then was trying to decide which grips would be best for me, a not very experienced golfer. Once again employee after employee walked past me, mind you the door to the range is right by their wall of grips so I saw each one walk past me like I wasn t there. Overall extremely disappointed by the level of disregard for the customer and overall air of entitlement.

Extremely helpful. Try as many clubs as needed before purchasing.

It can take a while to get help sometimes, but when they are with you the customer service is outstanding. Well worth the wait in my opinion.

Literally the best Driver fitting ever. Even with my scratch golfer friend we both still learned something and the amount of respect I was given was awesome. I could hit drivers on the RANGE with SHOT TRACER as much as I wanted. Club selection was great and I picked up an awesome Cobra Speedzone. Thanks for the great experience Puetz. See you next time!

This is the best golf shop in the Seattle area. They carry all the major brands and offer a wide variety of services. The also have a large inventory of new and used clubs available. In addition, they have a full driving range with a grass putting green in the back. They are also certified club fitters and have instructors available for lessons. Definitely a must visit if you are a golfer in the area.
