They are only taking care of major cities in Pakistan, Other city staff is not capable to resolve problem even after many of years, Problem resolved for time being only for few days and again same problem we face. I am talking about wazirabad city where i am facing this problem from many years and still problem is there.
This is my humble request to ptcl team please take care of Pakistan name and try to provide best service to your valuable customers. Now you are here from alot of years and still not able to hire professional staff than you are doing something totally wrong.

I been trying to get PTCL attention towards broadband service since last 3 years but non of PTCL employee has any interest to fix broadband service issues, HQ building is 5 star or 7 star, it's totally useless for customers as customer wants 5 stars services. Broadband service was superb till December 2013 then long ping-delay or lag has been started which has not been sorted out as of today by PTCL staff and the worst thing is non of them realize or understand it.
