WOW! In today s digital day-of-age I rarely find a company that gets real customer service right as well as Pro Transportation Services Inc. does. I mean, these guys are AMAZING! They are so helpful and friendly whenever I need help of any kind. When I call or email, they answer or get back with me quickly. They re always in a great mood, happy, and it s honestly contagious! I ve bought so many products and services from companies that just don t do what they say they ll do. But with Pro Transportation Services Inc., that s just not the case. From the beginning of our relationship they have delivered time and time again. And, they continue to do EXACTLY what they say they will do. Their service is amazing, my results have been above what I expected, and I can t think of anything they could do to make my experience better. HIGHLY recommend!

Don t work for this company
We booked a load witch supposed to be ready since 11:00 am. Drivers got there and sat 5 hours , we where told don t worry we pay you detention.
At 7 pm when we supposed to be at delivery drivers just left the pick up . Got to drop and spend
Another 7 1/2 hours and where told again we pay detention. And got then a. Revised Rate Confirmation with $ 100 dollars. Shame on those crooks. Don t ever work for them. They should be put it of Buisness, worst ever stay away. This was the first time and last time we worked with them.
I can t give them- 5 star otherwise I would.

They can take you off the load whenever they like without checking with you. Because they decided like that!

Shaun and Chris are an excellent team at Pro Transportation. They provide quality service and value to our company. They are responsive, caring, and work hard to provide only the best to their customers! I'd highly recommend them to any company needing transportation services for their product.

Absolutely terrible. They sent us to pick up a load knowing that we were running very close to the cur off time. They were kept updated and told us to keep running. Driver still made it before the cut off time and he was told company was closed for the day. Pro Transport refused to pay TONU and stop responding to emails. Super unprofessional
